本文从讨论整体绩效评价体系出发,研究了供应链整体绩效,并将供应链与企业绩效评价指标相结合,构建了供应链绩效评价指标。在此基础上,还对增强供应链稳定性的必要性做出了详细分析,力图深刻认识稳定性的供应链绩效对企业的影响。

From the discussion of the overall performance evaluation system, this paper studies the overallsupply chain performance, combines the supply chain and enterprise performance evaluation index, and constructs the supply chain performance evaluation index. On the basis of this, the necessity of strengthening the supply chain stability is analyzed in detail, trying to understand the influences of the stable supply chain performance on the enterprise in depth.
