图书馆员要善于运用面部表情、形体、时空、物体语言和仪态仪表等无声语言调控策略,与读者展开不同的交流模式,调控和维护馆读之间的亲密度,实现图书馆高效和谐的信息服务。
The librarian should have a good use of facial expressions, body language, space language, object language and deportment instrument and other silent language controlling modes of communication with readers, and make a regulation and maintenance of and readers to achieve highly efficient and harmonious library information service.
