中核集团软件正版化项目的实践与探索

中核集团响应国家号召,积极推进使用正版软件工作。文章以中核集团软件正版化项目为基础,从项目的组织管理、实施过程、范围管理、采购管理和取得的效果等方面进行了探讨,同时,还总结了软件正版化项目存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。软件正版化在中核集团取得初步成效也为中核集团探索了集中采购的模式,核工业计算机应用研究所将充分利用和发挥集中采购的优势,加强软件正版化项目的各个环节的管理,降低采购成本,提高采购效率,切实实现软件正版化的规模效应,为中核集团的高效运营和发展服务。

In response to the national call,China National Nuclear Corporation （CNNC） have been actively promoting the use of legitimate software.This article took the CNNC software genuine project as the basis, summarized from the aspects of project planning, centralized purchasing, technical services, cost control and achievements.At the same time, this article also summed up the problems existed in the software genuine project,and put forward the corresponding solutions.The initial results achieved in software genuine project has explored the centralized purchasing pattern for CNNC.Computer Application Institute of Nuclear Industry （CAINI） will make full use of the advantages of centralized purchasing, strengthen the management of all aspects in the software genuine project to reduce procurement costs and improve the efficiency of purchasing.This will finally realize the scale effect of software genuine, contribute to CAINrs operational efficiency and development.
