摘要
本文运用扎根理论方法,基于构建中层理论的研究范式,对理论性抽样而来的案例企业进行访谈资料和文档资料的编码分析。研究涉及三个方面,即人力资源管理采取市场导向的驱动因素分析,识别出5大驱动因素;市场导向人力资源管理系统维度分析,解构出系统的4个维度;企业成长分析,集中于企业成长5大侧面。进一步集中探讨了两大作用机制,即市场导向人力资源管理驱动机制和企业成长推动机制。最终,通过对市场导向人力资源管理的前因、结构和后效的探索性分析,构建市场导向人力资源管理系统模型。
Based on grounded theory, this article focuses market-oriented human resource management issues on the system reform according to the route of theory built. This research involves three aspects: the analysis of five driving factors of market orientation, four major dimensions of market-oriented human resource management system and five items of firm growth. Further research focus on the two mechanisms: driven mechanism of market-oriented human resource management and promoting mechanism of firm growth. Finally, through the exploratory analysis of antecedents, structure and effects, this article build the system model of Market-oriented human resource management.
