摘要
本文通过单案例研究的方法,纵向剖析了世界500强企业之一的三星公司四个不同阶段的战略、核心价值观和人力资源管理实践的发展与变革,揭示了三者之间的关系,强调不同阶段的人才经营塑造了不同的企业战略,由此而产生不同阶段独特的人力资源管理实践,为中国企业的变革转型提供了有益启示。
Periodically each different type of human resource managing tactics by different CEO in Samsung created the different types of corporate strategy in HRM practices.As approaching a single case method the paper analyzed the evolution of Samsung' s strategy and changes based upon periodic difference from a germinating period (1938-1987) to maturation period (2000-Todays); including the core values and HRM practices of the Samsung accordingly.The paper reveals the inter-relationship among strategy, core values and HRM practices, which provides useful insights for Chinese enterprises, especially for firms that are considering move toward the global market.
