非编码RNA对部分肝切除后肝再生的调控作用 被引量:1

Regulation of noncoding RNAs in liver regeneration after partial hepatectomy

摘要 非编码RNA主要包括微小RNA(microRNAs)和长链非编码RNA(LncRNAs)。它们以RNA的形式在转录、转录后及表观遗传学水平调控机体多种病理生理过程。近年的研究表明在肝再生过程中多种非编码RNA表达失调,进一步调节肝再生的生物学过程。本文就部分肝切除术后肝再生过程中非编码RNA的相关调控机制做一综述。 Non-coding RNAs mainly include microR-NAs and long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) , which work as a kind of RNA to regulate the expression of gene at the levels of transcription, post-transcription and epigenetics. Recent studies have shown that many non-coding RNAs are dysregulated during liver regeneration after partial hepatectomy. This review summa- rized the biological characteristics and regulatory mechanisms of non-coding RNAs in liver regeneration after partial hepatectomy.
