外源GA对刺五加种子后熟过程中内源激素含量变化的影响 被引量:7

摘要 剌五加种子用200mg/L赤霉素(GA)浸泡后进行变温层积(16~22℃12周,2~6℃12周)处理研究后熟过程中刺五加种子激素含量的变化。结果表明,层积12周后,种子开始萌发,GA处理种子的萌发率明显高于对照,在24周时,GA处理的萌发率达到55%,而对照只有35%。后熟过程中种子内源游离赤霉素(GA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)的含量增加,脱落酸(ABA)含量降低,GA/ABA的比值、ZR/ABA的比值增加。 The seeds of Acanthopanax senticosus Harms were soaked in 200 mg/L gibberellin (GA) solution and then treated with fluctuating stratification(16-22℃ 12 weeks,2--6℃ 12 weeks). The seeds began to germinate after 12 weeks of stratification,the percentage of germination of the seeds treated by GA was significantly higher than the control.After 28 weeks,germination rate of the seeds treated by GA reached to 55% ,in contrast,the control only 35%.In Ripening the contents of GA and ZR were increased,at the same time the contents of ABA were reduced,but the ratios of GA/ABA and ZR/ABA were increased.
