摘要
阐述欧洲和日本铁路通票的种类、功能和定位,分析我国铁路通票使用现状,借鉴国外铁路通票经验,提出我国铁路应赋予通票新的内涵,将通票作为一种旅客运输产品进行设计、开发和推广,通过采取扩大通票适用范围、提供便捷的换乘服务、细分目标通票市场、开发通票附加价值、制定灵活的通票价格策略、加大通票推广力度等对策,提高铁路在旅客运输市场上的竞争能力。
Based on expounding categories, functions and positioning of railway through ticket in Europe and Japan, this paper analyzes the using status of railway through ticket in China. By referring the experience of railway through ticket in foreign countries, the paper puts forward that new contents should be given to Chinese railway through ticket, and the ticket should be designed, developed and promoted as a passenger transport product. Through the countermeasures such as expanding suitable scope of through ticket, providing convenient transfer service, subdividing the market of object through ticket, developing added value of through ticket, establishing flexible strategy of through ticket price and enhancing promotion of the ticket, the competition capacity of railways on passenger transport market could be increased.
