摘要
在阐述济南铁路枢纽既有铁路、在建及拟建铁路、济南铁路枢纽总图规划的基础上,结合郑济铁路客流特点及其与既有、在建工程的接轨条件,研究以下系列方案:(1)从济南铁路枢纽南端引入方案(方案Ⅰ),含长清北引入济南西站方案(方案Ⅰ-1)和长清南引入济南西站方案(方案Ⅰ-2);(2)从济南铁路枢纽北端引入方案(方案Ⅱ),含齐河接轨方案(方案Ⅱ-1)和大郑庄线路所接轨方案(方案Ⅱ-2)。通过在运营里程及运行时分、运输组织、工程投资及实施难度等方面的综合比较,提出方案Ⅰ-1更为合理,并且从客运站分工、车站及区间能力、动车运用所能力3个方面提出对方案Ⅰ-1的建议。
Based on expounding the existing railways, railways under construction and proposed construction in Ji'nan railway hub as well as general layout planning of the hub, combining with characteristics of Zhengzhou-Ji'nan railway passenger flow and the junction condition of the existing construction and the construction in process, this paper studies following programs: 1. The program of introducing Zhengzhou-Ji'nan railway from south end of Ji'nan railway hub(Program I), including the program of introducing the railway from north side of Changqing section into Ji'nan West Station(Program I-1) and the program of introducing the railway from south side of Changqing section into the Station(Program I-2); 2. The program of introducing the railway from north end of Ji'nan railway hub(Program II), including the program of taking junction in Qihe(Program II-1) and the program of taking junction in Dazhengzhuang block post(Program II-2). Through comprehensively comparing the aspects like route length and running time, transport organization, engineering investment and implementation difficulty, the paper points out that the program I-1 was more reasonable, and puts forward suggestions on Program I-1 from 3 aspects such as work division of passenger station, capacity of station and section as well as capacity of EMU operation depot.
