摘要
我国部分处于城区或市郊的低等级铁路支线,在铁路路网中的作用日益弱化,为充分利用既有铁路资源,提高铁路存量资产的利用效率,对既有铁路综合利用的可能性方案进行分析,构建既有铁路综合利用方案评价指标体系,运用定性、定量分析方法确定各方案的优劣排序,最后结合项目具体应用情况综合分析确定既有铁路利用方案。
Partial low-grade railway branch lines located in urban or suburb in China have reducing role in railway network, in order to fully utilize existing railway resource and increase utilization rate of railway reserve assets, the possibility programs of existing railway comprehensive utilization were analyzed in this paper, the evaluation index system of the programs was established, and the merit ordering of each program was determined by using qualitative and quantitative analysis, in the end, combining with comprehensive analysis of specific utilization status of project, the program of existing railway utilization was determined.
