摘要
针对CNG加气站的加气柱与CNG气瓶车连接快装接头在加气过程中易脱落的问题,设计两瓣式防脱装置(安装在快装接头外侧)。受气瓶车加注口附近设备的影响,两瓣式防脱装置的安装空间受限,提出将两瓣式结构改进为三瓣式结构,以适应现场安装需求。三瓣式防脱装置的有限元模拟分析与拉脱实验结果满足要求。
In order to solve the problem of easy disengaging of quick joint that connect gas filling column in CNG filling station with CNG cylinder vehicle (luring gas filling, a two-section type anti-off device that is installed outside of quick joint is designed. Due to the influence of equipment near the filling inlet of the cylinder vehicle, the installation space of the two- section type anti-off device is limited. It is proposed that two-section type structure is improved into three-section type structure to adapt to the site installation requirements. The finite element simulation analysis of three-section type anti-off device and the resuhs of disengaging experiments meet the requirements.
