穴位注射治疗突发性耳聋疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Sudden Deafness Treated by Acupoint Injection

目的:观察穴位注射治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法:60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均用常规药物治疗,治疗组加用穴位注射治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率20%、总有效率83%,对照组治愈率6.7%、总有效率50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射治疗突发性耳聋可提高疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on sudden deafness of Tinggong,Yifeng point injection Compound Betamethasone. Method：60 cases of sudden deafness were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Before the treatment, patients were tested pure tone audiometry,otoacoustic emissions,acoustic impedance,the internal auditory canal magnetic resonance imaging and other tests. Both groups were treated with routine medication. The treatment group were treated with point injection therapy in addition, once every three days,two times for one course of treatment. Both groups were treated for two courses of treatment totally. Result：The curative rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 20% and 80% while that of the control group was 6.7% and 50% respectively. There was significant statistical significance between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Injection on point Tinggong and Yifeng could improve clinical effect on sudden deafness.
