摘要
建立了一种测定甲状腺素的新方法,在p H 8.0的NH3-NH4Cl介质中,甲状腺素与Cu2+以物质的量浓度比2:1形成稳定络合物,该络合物在270 nm处有灵敏的紫外吸收,稳定常数为6.70×1011,并且络合物的吸收强度与甲状腺素的质量浓度在77.69~310.8μg/m L范围有着良好的线性关系,检出限为7.5μg/m L,RSD为0.36%。方法用于甲状腺素药片样品的测定,回收率为97.8%~101.9%。
In the conditions of NH3 - NH4Cl at pH 8.00, Cu^2+ can associate with thyroxine to form stable complexes. The complexes eyhibited a sensitive ultraviolet characteristic of absorption at 270 nm, and the stability constant was 6.70 × 10^11. It showed a good linear relationship between the complex absorption intensity and the concentration of thyroxine in the range of 77.69 - 310. 8μg/mL. The detection limit was 7.5 μg/mL with RSD of 0. 36%, and the recovery of thyroxine samples was between 97. 8% and 101.9% with satisfactory results. Consequently, a new method was established for quantitative analysis of thyroxine.
