摘要
采用Qu ECh ERS-超高液相色谱-串联质谱技术,建立了荨麻提取物中17种常见的氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量的检测方法。样品用含1%甲酸的乙腈提取,Qu ECh ERS法净化,电喷雾正离子(ESI+)模式电离,多反应监测模式检测,基质匹配标准曲线法定量。17种氨基甲酸酯农药在2.5-50μg/L线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9920,加标浓度为10,20,50μg/kg,平均回收率在65.3%-119.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均低于11%,检出限在0.12-1.7μg/kg。方法适用于荨麻等植物提取物中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量的测定。
A multiresidue analytical method for the rapid determination of 17 common carbamate pesticide residues in nettle extract was developed by QuEChERS coupled with ultra performance liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). The samples were extracted by 1% (V/V) formic acid- acetonitrile, cleaned up by QuEChERS method. The determination was carried by mass spectrometry with electrospray ion source in the positive mode and monitored by the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode, and then quantified by the matrix-matched calibration curves. The 17 earbamate pesticides showed good linearity in the range of 2.5 -50 μg/L, with the correlation coefficients (r) higher than 0. 9960, at the spiked levels of 10, 20, 50 μg/kg. The average recoveries were in the range of 65.3% -119.2% with the relative standard deviations not less than 11%. The limits of detection of the method were between 0. 12 to 1.7μg/kg. The method has the advantages of sensitivity, convenience, accuracy, speediness and reliability, which can meet the analysis and detection of the earbamate pesticide residues in nettle and other plant extracts.
