摘要
甾醇类化合物是有机气溶胶中一类常见的有机化合物,它们对气溶胶的来源具有很强的示踪作用。按其来源可分为动物甾醇和植物甾醇,胆甾醇是动物甾醇的典型代表,由于性质稳定,来源单一,被认为是城市气溶胶中烹调源的主要标识物。植物甾醇类保留着高度的结构专属性,能反应近代生物源的输入,被认为是生物质燃烧的有机示踪物。目前国内对于这类化合物的研究还很少。本文综述了有机气溶胶中甾醇类化合物的研究成果,主要包括甾醇类化合物的前处理方法、定性定量方法、污染特征,以及甾醇类化合物的来源解析,并对该领域的研究前景进行了分析和展望。
Sterols are common organic compounds in aerosol, which were regarded as tracers for sources of aerosol. Sterols can be classified into zoosterol and phytosterol by their sources. As a typical representative of the zoosterol, cholesterol has stable quality and single source, which is considered to be the main source of the cooking source in urban aerosols. With a high degree of structural specificity, phytosterol can reflect the input of modern biological source, and is considered as an organic tracer of biomass burning. At present, few studies have involved these compounds in our country. This paper summarizes the research progress of atmospheric sterols in orgainc aerosol, mainly including sample pretreatment, qualitative and quantitative analysis, pollution characters and interpretation of sources of these compounds. The prospect in this field is also analyzed and discussed.
