摘要
针对贵州某低品位高硫一水硬铝石型铝土矿的矿物特性,采用拜耳法溶出工艺,对其进行了溶出试验研究。研究结果表明:最佳溶出条件为溶出温度260℃、溶出时间60 min、配料分子比1.45、石灰加入量7%、循环苛性碱浓度230 g/L,最佳条件下氧化铝的相对溶出率达到96.08%。
Based on the characteristics of the low-grade and high sulfur diasporic bauxite from Guizhou,leaching of alumina from bauxite by the Bayer process was carried out. The results showed that the optimum conditions were digestion temperature of 260 ℃,digestion time of 60 minutes,caustic ratio of 1. 45,lime dosage of 7% and caustic alkali concentration of 230 g / L. Under the optimum conditions,the digestion rate of alumina was 96. 08%.
