1989-2014年南宁市医疗卫生机构艾滋病报告病例回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis on the Identification of HIV / AIDS in Medical and Health Institutions,Nanning,1989- 2014

目的分析1989-2014年南宁市不同医疗卫生机构艾滋病病例报告变化特点。方法以全国艾滋病综合防治信息系统数据为基础,选取报告地为南宁的已终审卡26 183例艾滋病病例进行描述性流行病学分析。结果南宁市报告病例的医疗卫生机构168家,2005-2014年报告病例较1989-2004年增加5倍,其中乡镇卫生院、县级医疗机构增幅最大且随访率较高;病例由以CDC报告为主转变为以医疗机构报告为主,现住址为外地的病例较多,农村地区、中老年病例增加明显。结论基层医疗卫生机构在艾滋病疫情发现中起着重要作用,农村地区/中老年艾滋病的蔓延不容忽视。

Objective To describe the characteristics of HIV/AIDS subjects reported by the medical and health institutions in Nanning from 1989 to 2014. Methods Data were retrieved from National HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Response Information Management System. Subjects being reported and reviewed in Nanning were counted and their characteristics were described by analytical procedure of descriptive epidemiology. Results One hundred and sixty-eight medical and health institutions reported HIV/AIDS subjects. The number of subjects increased 5 folds during 2005 -2014, while the increase of cases reported in township health center and county medical institutions was the largest and their follow-up rate was highest. The case report mode changed from CDC to medical institutions. And more cases whose current address were not Nanning were reported, the elderly cases in countryside increased significantly. Conclusion Primary medical and health institutions had played important roles in HIV identification, and AIDS epidemics of rural areas and elderly should not be ignored.
