儿童泛发性脓疱型银屑病并血小板增高1例

A Case of Generalized Pustular Psoriasis with Thrombocytosis in a Child

患儿男,6岁。全身皮肤逐渐出现红斑、脓疱半个月,血常规示血小板492×109/L。皮损组织病理示:角化过度,角层下脓疱形成,颗粒层变薄,部分消失,棘层肥厚,部分呈棒槌状伸入真皮,海绵水肿,见Kogoji微脓肿,真皮浅层组织疏松,毛细血管扩张、充血、红细胞外渗,散在淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞及组织细胞浸润。诊断:儿童泛发性脓疱型银屑病并血小板增高。

A 6-year-old boy with skin ez^cthema and pustules for half a month was admitted to hospital, whose routine blood test showed platelet 492×10^9/L. Histopathology of skin lesions showed hyperkeratinization, subcorneal pustule formation, granular layer thinning, partial disappearance, acanthosis, partitial wooden club shaped extend into dermis, sponge, Kogoji abscess, tissue looseness on superficial layer of dermis, telangiectasia, congestion, extravasation of red blood cells, the infiltration of interspersed lymphocytes, neutrophils and histiocytes. The diagnosis was generalized pustular psoriasis with thrombocytosis.
