摘要
患者男,41岁。右侧鼻孔下方结节8个月。皮肤科情况:右侧鼻孔下方可见一肤色圆形结节,结节表面光滑,可见毛细血管扩张。皮损组织病理示:真皮内有一境界清楚的肿瘤团块,可见大小不一的管状、囊状腔埋在丰富的间质内,间质表现为黏液样改变及软骨样基质。诊断:皮肤混合瘤。
A 41-year-old male presented with asymptomatic skin-colored nodule below the right naris for 8 months. Clinically, a skin-colored circular nodules was seen below the right side of the nose. Visible blood capillary expansion could be seen on the smooth surface of the lesion. The histopathology examination showed epithelial cells in the eorium gave rise to tubuloalveolar and ductal structures, embedded in the basophilic matrix. A diagnosis of mixed tumor of skin was made.
