摘要
目的探讨有荨麻疹史的青少年发育成长阶段过敏原的分布状况。方法本研究以人口调查为基础,在相隔8年的两个时间横断面间,以斑贴试验为基础,进行过敏原情况调查。结果镍等金属制品为主要过敏原,硫酸镍的发病率从13.41%提升到25.61%(P<0.05)。女性比男性对镍等过敏原更为敏感,女性占比从63.64%上升到71.43%。对镍、钴、联苯二胺的过敏性,在调查期间内均有增加。各种香水的过敏则呈现下降趋势。结论指导该人群根据自身经验有目的避开使用自身敏感的金属或化学制剂不失为过敏性疾病比较好的预防措施。
Objective To investigate the effect of allergen on adolescent with urticaria. Methods Based on population survery, patch test was repeated after 8 years. Results Nickel was found as a major allergen,with increasing positive ratio from 13.41% in 2005 to 25.61% in 2013 (P 〈0. 05). Females were more sensitive to this allergy than males,showing positive from 63.64% in 2005 to 71.43% in 2013. Allergy to Nickel,Cobait,and Biphenyl diamine was also increased, while allergy to perfumes was decreased. Conclusion Avoidance to sensitive metal and chemical agent is a useful method to prevent anaphylactic disease.
