强脉冲光自动脉冲技术联合CO_2激光打孔引流治疗中重度痤疮36例临床观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的评价强脉冲光自动脉冲技术(automatic—pulse technology,APT)联合CO2激光打孔引流治疗中重度痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法将入选的68例面部中重度痤疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组36例接受APT 420nm联合CO2激光打孔引流治疗,对照组32例仅接受APT 420nm治疗,每周治疗2次,连续治疗6~8次为1个疗程,疗程结束后4周随访观察临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗后4周治疗组和对照组的痊愈率分别为61.11%和12.50%,两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),未发生严重的不艮反应。结论APT 420nm联合CO2激光打孔引流治疗中重度痤疮疗效优于单用APT 420nm,不良反应少。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of combining intense pulsed light with automatic-pulse technology (AFF) with draining through hole by CO2 laser in the treatment of moderate to severe acne. Methods Sixty-eight patients with moderate to severe ache were divided into two groups randomly. Thirty-six cases (treatment group) were treated by combining APT 420nm with draining through hole by CO2 laser, other 32 cases ( control group) were treated by APT 420nm twice a week. One course consisted of 6 to 8 times. The curative effect and adverse reactions were assessed at post-treatment 4 weeks. Results The cure rate in treatment group was 61.11% and in control group was 12. 50%. The curative effect in treatment group was better than control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) at post-treatment 4 weeks. Some slight and temporal adverse reactions (such as slight bleeding, small blisters, etc. ) were observed in only a minority of patients, without serious adverse events. Conclusion Combining APT 420nm with draining through hole by CO2 laser in the treatment of moderate to severe acne is significantly better than the use of APT 420nm, and it showed fewer adverse reactions.
