This paper combines the long-term practical experiences, from the analysis of accident barrels of material liquid solid salt sedimentation reasons and harms, and then introduces several frequently used method of preventing the solid salt sedimentation. At the same time, focus on introducing a simple and applicable method, which is setting a spraying device at the bottom of the accident barrels, to prevent solid sedimentation and accumulation.
