中药三联疗法联合乳腺中频仪治疗乳腺增生临床研究

Clinical Study of Combining Traditional Chinese Medicine Triple Therapy with Medium Frequency Instrument to Treat Breast Hyperplasia

目的：观察中药三联疗法联合乳腺中频仪治疗乳腺增生的临床效果。方法：选择136例乳腺增生患者为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组各68例。观察组给予自拟疏肝消瘀汤及桂枝茯苓胶囊口服、中药外敷三联疗法,同时联合乳腺中频仪治疗,对照组给予中药三联疗法治疗,两组疗程均为8周。比较两组患者临床疗效、临床症状及激素水平。结果：观察组有效率（95.59%）明显高于对照组（85.29%）（χ2=4.167,P〈0.05）;肿块数量、肿块直径、VAS评分均明显小于对照组（t=2.0472~2.628,P〈0.05）;FSH、LH、E2、T等激素水平均明显低于对照组（t=2.709~6.324,P〈0.05）。结论：中药三联疗法联合乳腺中频仪有助于缓解乳腺增生患者临床症状,调节激素水平,提高临床疗效。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine triple therapy combined with medium frequency instrument in the treatment of breast hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods： 136cases of breast hyperplasia patients as the research objects, were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group with 68cases in each group. The obser- vation group was treated with soothing liver and removing blood stasis soup Guizhi Fuling Capsule orally, external application of Chinese medicine triple therapy combined with intermediate frequency therapy, breast, while the controlled group was given tradi- tional Chinese medicine triple therapy, two groups were treated for 8weeks. Comparison of two groups of patients with clinical cur- ative effect, the clinical symptoms and hormone levels. Results： The effective rate of the observation group （95.59%） was sig- nificantly higher than that of the controlled group （85.29%） （x2 = 4. 167, P〈0. 05 ） ; the number of tumor, tumor diameter, VAS scores were significantly lower than that of the controlled group （t= 2. 0472 - 2. 628, P〈0.05 ） ; FSH, LH, E2 , T and other hormone levels were significantly lower than the controlled group （T = 2. 709 -6. 324, P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medicine triple therapy combined with breast hyperplasia of instrument helps to relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands, regulate hormone levels, improve the clinical efficacy.
