放血排毒配合加味四妙散治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Applying Blood-letting Therapy Combined with Jiawei Simiao Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Aout Arthritis

目的:在浊毒理论指导下观察放血排毒配合加味四妙散治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床疗效。方法:对60例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分成2组各30例,其中治疗组采用放血排毒配合加味四妙散治疗;对照组采用口服非甾体抗炎药美洛昔康胶囊+秋水仙碱治疗。结果:治疗组在VAS评分、临床体征积分方面与对照组比较,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);在临床疗效方面,治疗组:痊愈13例,占43.33%,显效14例,占46.67%,好转2例,占6.67%;无效1例,占3.33%,治疗总有效率为96.67%;对照组:痊愈8例,占26.67%,显效10例,占33.3%好转7例,占23.33%,无效5例,占16.67%,治疗总有效率为83.33%。治疗组的治疗有效率明显优于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:放血排毒配合加味四妙散治疗急性痛风性关节炎能有效地改善患者的症状,减轻患者的痛苦,操作简便安全,疗效满意,值得在临床上进行推广使用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects on acute gout arthritis treated by combination of blood-letting therapy and Jiawei Simiao Decoction in according to the turbid toxin theory. Methods： Sixty cases of acute gout arthritis patients were ran- domized into an observation group （30eases）＇ and a controlled group （30cases）. Blood-letting therapy and Jiawei Simiao Decoc-tion were both adopted for the observation group. The controlled group was asked to take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug Meloxicam Capsules and Colchicine. Results： VAS scores, clinical symptoms and signs had statistical significance in the two groups after the treatment （P〈0. 05 ）. For the clinical efficacy, in the observation group, 13cases （43.33%） got clinically cured, 14 （46. 67% ） were markedly effective, 2 （6. 67% ） effective, and 1 （3.33%） ineffective and the total effective rate was 96. 67%; in the controlled group, 8cases （26. 67% ） got clinically cured, 10 （33.3%） were markedly effective, 7 （23.33%） effective and 5 （16. 67% ） ineffective and the total effective rate was 83.33%. The total effective rate in the obser- vation group was superior to that in the controlled group （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Blood-letting therapy combined with Jiawei Simiao Decoction can improve symptoms, alleviate pain. The operation is simple and safe, and has satisfactory effect, worthy of recommending its clinical use.
