七星针配合揉抓排乳治疗急性乳腺炎初期临床研究

Clinical study in Treating early Acute mastitis with Seven Star Needle combined with Kneading and grasping manipulation

目的:观察七星针配合揉抓排乳法对急性乳腺炎初期的临床疗效。方法:将46例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各23例。治疗组采用七星针配合揉抓排乳法治疗,对照组采用普通针刺治疗,连续治疗5天,观察急性乳腺炎患者的乳汁分泌情况、乳房疼痛程度、肿块大小,发热情况,血液细胞分析(白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比)情况等的改善程度。结果:治疗5天后,治疗组在改善患者主要症状体征积分方面明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组在降低白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数方面明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组总有效率相比治疗组95.65%,对照组56.52%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七星针配合揉抓排乳对急性乳腺炎初期有非常显著的疗效。

Objective： To assess the clinical effects of Seven Star Needle combined with Kneading and grasping manipulation in treating early Acute mastitis. Method： 46patients were randomly divided into two groups of 23cases, The treatment group was treated by Seven Star Needle combined with Kneading and grasping manipulation; The control group was treated by normal acu- puncture, Continuous treatment for 5days. To observe the patient ＇ s improvement of Milk secretion, Breast pain degree, mass size, fever, routine analysis of blood （WBC, NE）. Result： After 5days, The main symptoms and signs of treatment grouphad significant differences than the control group （P〈0. 05）. The reduction in WBC and NE of treatment group had significant differences than the control group （P〈0. 05）. The effective rates were 95.65% in the treatment group and 56. 52% in the con- trol group. There were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It has remarkable curative effect in treating early Acute mastitis with Seven Star Needle combined with Kneading and grasping manipulation.
