The Integrated Innovation of Culture and Technology:Modes and Types

推动文化与科技融合创新是一个复杂而庞大的"系统工程",其涉及主体和行业之多、影响范围之广泛、战略意义之重大需要我们站在更为广阔的视域去探究二者的融合模式和呈现类型。文化与科技融合手段的差异性与目的多样性必须从这一创新实践活动的"主体"(个体、企业、消费者、政府和中介)和"客体"(产业、产品)中去寻找,它们之间相互作用共同促进了文化与科技融合模式类型的多元化。主要包括:(1)新兴产业推动下的"业态新创"模式,指新技术在改造传统产业和自身产业化的过程中创造了"新"的产业形态;(2)产业融合实践下的"跨界聚合"模式,指行业的跨界经营和要素的互动聚合促进了传统产业的转型或升级;(3)科技创新牵引下的"内容活化"模式,指以科技手段来提升文化内容的影响力、表现力和传播力;(4)文化创意驱动下的"技术嫁接"模式,指以文化内涵来提升科技产品和服务的人文品质;(5)多元主体参与下的"协同创新"模式,指突破创新主体间的壁垒来实现文化与科技资源的汇聚与融合。

Promoting the integrated innovation of culture and technology is an immensely complex project. As it involves several stakeholders and industries, widespread influence and great strategic significance, we need to discuss the modes and types of the integration with an extensive field of view. To find out the different methods and diverse purposes of the integrated innovation, we also need to distinguish the ＂subjects＂ （individual, enterprise, consumer, government and intermediary agency） and the ＂object＂ （industries and products） in practice. The paper summarizes five modes and types. They are： （1） the ＂industrial innovation＂ promoted by emerging industries, i.e. the new technology creates new industries when reforming the traditional industries or in its own industrialization; （2） the ＂cross-boundary cooperation＂ influenced By the convergence of industries, i.e. the cross-boundary operation of the industries and the interactive convergence of the inputs promotes the transformation or upgrading of the traditional industries; （3） the ＂content vitalization＂ pushed by technological innovation, i. e. to level up the influence, the performance and the communication of cultural content by technology; （4） the ＂technological transplantation＂ driven by cultural creativity, i.e. to improve the humanistic concern of the technological products and services by cultural contents; and （5） the ＂collaborative-innovation＂ with the participation of multiple entities, i.e. to achieve the convergence of cultural and technological resources by breaking through the barriers among the entities of innovation.
