鼻咽癌诊治中核医学显像应用进展

Progress of Nuclear Medical Imaging in the Management of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

鼻咽癌是头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,我国南方为高发地区之一。放射治疗是鼻咽癌治疗的首选治疗方法,早期诊断及分期对于鼻咽癌治疗方案的制定有着重要的价值。近年来,随着核医学显像技术的不断发展,特别是PET/CT技术的出现,其在鼻咽癌的临床诊断、分期、治疗及预后评估等方面显示出较高的应用价值。本文主要就国内外研究中核医学显像在鼻咽癌诊治中的应用进行综述。

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）is an aggressive malignant head and neck cancer. The south China is one of the areas with the highest occurrence of the disease. Radiotherapy is the first choice and primary therapeutic modality for NPC. Early accurate diagnosis and staging have important value to the treatment of NPC. In recent years, with the development of nuclear medicine imaging technology, especially the emergence of positron emission tomography with computed tomography（ PET/CT）, and it showed higher application value in the clinical diagnosis, staging, treatment and prognosis of NPC. This review summarizes recent advances in the development of the nuclear medical imaging in diagnosis, staging, treatment and prognosis of NPC.
