摘要 研究冲击地压防治技术对于保障冲击地压矿井的安全开采具有重要意义。千秋煤矿"3·27"冲击地压事故后,制订、落实"监测预警、卸压措施、措施效果检验、强力支护、强力防护"防冲技术体系,确保了工程质量和安全,有序推动复工复产工作,为以后冲击地压防治积累了新的经验。 Studying the application of rock burst prevention and control technology has great significance to ensure the safety of mine with rock burst danger. After the happening of " March 27" accident in Qianqiu Coal Mine,the system of rock burst prevention and control technology was determined and put into practices,including monitoring and early warning, pressure relief measures, effect inspection of measures, strong supporting, strong protection. The implementation of this system has ensured the quality and safety of the engineering, and orderly promote the restarting of production, and has accumulated new experiences for rock burst prevention and control in the future.
