迎面斜交钻孔瓦斯抽采技术在庚组突出煤层中的应用

摘要 针对在平顶山矿区庚20煤层采煤工作面上隅角顶板坚硬、易发生瓦斯超限的现象,在平煤股份二矿庚20-23170工作面实施迎面斜交瓦斯抽采技术,工作面上隅角瓦斯抽采率由20.0%提高到50.92%,工作面回风巷瓦斯浓度控制在0.4%以下,上隅角瓦斯浓度控制在0.5%以下,有效地防止了瓦斯超限,保证了工作面生产安全。 Aiming at the conditions of hard roof and frequent gas over limit in upper corner on coal mining face in Ⅶ20 coal seam of Pingdingshan mining area,gas drainage technology was applied on Ⅶ20-23170 working face,the gas drainage ratio was improved from 20.0% to 50.92% ,gas concentration in return airway on working face was controlled below 0.4% , gas concentration in upper corner was also controlled below 0.5% ,gas over-limit was effectively prevented. All this have ensured the safe production of working face.
