摘要 为研究高瓦斯易自燃煤层小煤柱工作面近采空区防灭火技术,采用理论分析和现场验证相结合的方法,提出了水帘洞煤矿ZF3805小煤柱工作面近空区及巷道内气体监测监控方案,探讨了小煤柱喷注浆及采空区气体浓度人为调节等技术,根据规范要求及工程实践确定了适合矿井的采空区气体浓度变化预警值,并进行了现场实验。结果表明:该监测监控技术能够实现保证采空区各种气体总体稳定及工作面的安全回采。 For the study on fire prevention and control technology of working face with small coal pillar near goaf and high gas and high spontaneous combustion danger, by using theoretical analysis and field-proven combination of methods, monitoring and control program of gas near gob and in roadway was proposed on ZF3805 small coal pillar working face of Shuiliandong Coal Mine. Discussed the small coal pillar jet grouting and artificial regulation of gas concentration in gob, alarm value of gas concentration changing in gob which suit- able for coal mine was also determined in accordance with regulatory requirements and engineering practice. A field experiment was also conducted. The results show that:the application of this monitoring and control technology can realize the overall stability of gases in gob, and can ensure the safe coal wining of working face.
