摘要
龟兹矿业西井A6-103工作面为上行开采工作面,在回采过程中工作面回风巷受到采动影响,特别是过下面切眼时受四重应力叠加。采用理论研究、FLAC^(3D)数值模拟和成本分析相结合的方法,优选出多重采动影响上行开采工作面"小煤柱护巷—外错布置"布置方式,对A6-103工作面回风巷内错外错不同布置方式进行对比分析,在此基础上确定工作面相关参数,最终实现多重应力影响下上行开采工作面的优化布置,对运输巷采取连锁棚架加强支护可以较好控制巷道围岩变形,同时实现经济效益最大化和安全生产。
Qiuci A6-103 working face of west mine well belongs to ascending mining working face, in the process of coal winning, of working face was affected by mining,when the return airway passed through the cutting hole below,it encounters the superposition of four heavy stresses. By using the method of theoretical research, FLAC3Ddata simulation and cost analysis,the layout way of " roadway protection with small coal pillar, outward staggered entries arranging" was chosen for the ascending mining working face affected by mul- tiple mining, different arrangement ways of return airway on A6-103 working face were compared and analysed,related parameters were also determined. Finally, the optimal layout of the ascending mining working face under the influence of multiple stress was realized, meanwhile, it can control the deformation of roadway surrounding rock better by adopting the reinforced supporting with linked scaffol- ding, also can maximize economic benefits and ensure the safety production.
