居住建筑外窗在节能设计上存在如何"开源节流"问题和节能的全局问题,在节能窗制作安装过程中存在生产、五金配件、密封胶条、安装方法不规范等问题,同时还存在建筑开发商与住户之间信息不对称、施工单位对外窗节能不重视等问题.

Sufficient attention is demanded in the designing of the external windows of residential buildings, for the existing problems of hardware fittings, sealing strips and the nonstandard operations of production and installation in terms of energy efficiency. The information asymmetry and indifference remain among the constructors and/or residents.
