针对职业院校学生来源多元化和学生综合素质参差不齐的现状,分析了职业院校教师在教材的选择和使用上存在的教材万能观、教材能动观、教材妥协观等,从教材选择权、教材选择标准、教材使用、校本教材开发等方面剖析了职业院校教师应该如何树立正确的教材观.
