摘要
为解决水运工程物理模型试验中传感器种类数量繁多、布线麻烦的问题,研制了一种无线数据采集系统。利用STM32F103单片机作为数据采集电路的主要部件,扩展模拟量、脉冲量、数字量采集模块。采集数据存储于FLASH存储器,以无线方式将数据传输至上位机。采集器内置可充电锂电池和无线数据传输模块。该系统可挂载波高、压力、水位、流速等多种传感器,亦可应用于其他不方便布线的数据采集场合。
In order to solve the problems of sensor wiring in physical model test of port and waterway engineering, a wireless data acquisition system was developed. STM32F103 MCU was used as the main component of dataacquisition circuit through expansion acquisition modules such as analog, pulse and digital quantity. Data weresaved in FLASH chip and transferred to host computer by wireless mode. Lithium battery and wireless module wereintegrated inside the instrument. Wave sensor, pressure pickup, water level sensor and flow sensor could be connected to the instrument system. The instrument system also can be applied in other data acquisition situation.
