摘要
承钢采用三氧化二钒为原料,天然鳞片石墨为还原剂、聚乙烯醇为黏结剂生产钒氮合金。研究了聚乙烯醇的浓度、压球压力、石墨种类对钒氮合金压球效果和成品成分的影响。实验结果表明,牌号为298-C的天然鳞片石墨,选用浓度2.5%的聚乙烯醇作为黏结剂时,在14 M Pa压力下压制料球,成球率达到94.81%,得到的最终产品全部为VN16合金,合格率达到100%。
The vanadium- nitrogen alloy is produced in Cheng Steel with V2O3 as rawmaterial,natural flake graphite as reduction agent and polyvinyl alcohol as sticking agent. The influence is researched of polyvinyl alcohol concentrate,pressing- ball pressure,graphite type on pressing- ball effect and finished products composition of vanadium- nitrogen alloy. It is showed from the result that the pressing- ball balling rate can reach to 94. 81% with natural flake graphite of grade 298- C,the polyvinyl alcohol of concentration of2. 5%,pressing- ball pressure as 14 M Pa,and the end products got are all VN16 alloy,qualified rate to100%.
