小颗粒冶金焦炭气化反应性的检测方法 被引量:1

摘要 通过检测粒度为36 mm焦炭与CO2在1 100℃下的气化反应进程,得到了该粒度级别焦炭气化反应过程中反应模式的转变规律。根据该规律,得到与块焦反应性指数CRI高度相关的小颗粒焦炭的气化特征指标,即粒度36 mm焦炭气化反应失重率3%10%之间的平均反应速率V3-10。检测该指标所需焦炭试样量极少,测试时间短,在某些情况下可以作为检测焦炭反应性的补充方法。 In detection of gasification reactivity process of coke with size of 3 to 6 mm and CO2 under 1 100℃,the transformation lawis got of reactivity model in the gasification reactivity of the coke with this level of size. According to this law,the gasification feature index of small- size coke grain is got,which has a high correlation with lump coke reactivity index CRI,i. e. average reaction rate V3- 10 when gasification reactivity weight- loss ratio of coke with size of 3 to 6 mm being 3 to 10 percent. To detect this index needs very fewcoke samples,and shorter time,can be used as a supplementary method for coke reactivity detection in some situations.
