胃肠超声造影对尿毒症患者胃壁结构和胃排空功能的评价

Assessment of gastric wall structure and emptying function of patients with uremia by gastroenteric contrast-enhanced ultrasonography

目的:应用胃肠超声造影技术评价尿毒症患者胃壁结构和胃排空功能的改变。方法:将40例经临床确诊为尿毒症但未进行透析治疗的患者作为尿毒症组,同时选取35例健康志愿者作为对照组,观察2组饮用胃肠超声对比剂后胃壁的厚度、胃排空率和胃排空时间,并进行比较。结果:尿毒症组胃窦胃壁厚度大于对照组(P<0.05),其中22例胃壁层次模糊,其胃壁层次清晰性显著低于对照组(P<0.05);尿毒症组胃排空率低于对照组,排空时间较对照组延长,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:胃肠超声造影检查是一种简单、可重复进行的实时评估尿毒症患者胃壁结构和胃排空功能改变的方法,并不影响胃肠道的正常功能,可作为临床检测尿毒症患者胃壁结构和胃排空功能的一种可靠的无创手段。

Objective：To evaluate the changes of gastric wall structure and emptying function in patients with uremia by gastroenteric contrast-enhanced uhrasonography. Methods：The gastric wall thickness was measured by gastroenteric Contrast-enhanced uhrasonography in 40 non-haemodialysis patients with uremia （uremia group） and 35 volunteers （control group）,and the emptying rate and emptying time of gastric ultrasound developer after taking orally gastroenteric uhrasonud developer in patients with uremia were observed ,compared with control group. Results ：The gastric wall in the patients of the uremia group appeared thicker and more obscure than the normal control;The gastric emptying rate in the uremia group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The gastric emptying time in the uremia group was longer than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Gastrointestinal ultrasonography using oral contrast agents is a simple,and repeatable imaging method,which can be used to make a real-time assessment on the gastric wall structure and its dynamic changes but don＇t influence gastroenteric normal function and can provide a dependent and noninvasive examine means for clinical physician to test the gastric wall structure eand its emptying function in the patients with uremia.
