基于SolidWorks的双圆盘磨浆机设计与仿真

Design and simulation of two-disc refiner based on Solid Works

摘要 在大量的市场调研基础上,分析了磨浆机开发的可行性。聘请了备浆系统专家,对整个设计过程进行指导和监督。对磨浆机的功率、产量和选型作了理论计算。通过Solid Works对磨浆机的关键部件作了仿真分析,做出了应力、位移曲线。通过传感器与D C S系统连接,实现了磨浆机的自动化控制。 Based on market research, the feasibility on the development of two disc refiner was analyzed. The whole process was conducted and supervised by an engineering expert for stock preparation system. The power, output and the pattern decision for the refiners were theoretically calculated. The key parts of refiners were analyzed by simulation with SolidWorks to get a stress-displacement curve. The refiner automatic control was realized by connection of the sensing elements to DCS system.
