摘要
某大剧院主要由5个场馆组成,5个场馆均位于大面积混凝土结构楼层上,在混凝土结构外侧使用大型起重机无法完全覆盖吊装范围,利用混凝土结构楼层的受力特点,在首层混凝土结构楼面上布置4台1 400t·m大型行走式塔式起重机以满足所有构件的吊装要求。通过合理的设计计算分析,在混凝土柱顶设置钢短柱、在柱距较大位置设置临时钢柱,在上部铺设轨道梁,将塔式起重机荷载传递到混凝土柱和临时钢柱上。该施工技术具有经济适用、安全可靠的优点。
A theatre is constituted by five venues which are above the floor in the large area of concrete structure. The large-scale crane can't cover all hoisting range in the lateral concrete structure, so two 1 400t.m walking tower cranes, which are set on the first layer floor of concrete structure, are set to satisfy all the hoisting members. With analysis and calculation of reasonable design, the hoisting load of crane is transferred to the concrete column and temporary steel column through the track bearing beam by setting short steel eolunm on the concrete column, and temporary steel column in the long concrete column distance. This construction technology has advantage of economy, applieability, safety and reliability.
