摘要
某项目工程核心筒采用外爬内支施工技术,即核心筒竖向结构外墙采用液压爬升模板,核心筒竖向结构内墙、水平结构采用铝合金模板体系整体同步施工。应用结果表明,采用铝合金模板的混凝土构件尺寸准确,表观效果优良,施工进度满足了液压爬模和钢结构施工的流水节拍,加快了工程进度并节约了工程成本。笔者根据该工程的特点系统介绍外爬内支施工技术及施工中应该注意的相关事项。
The core tube of a engineering applies outside climbing and inside supports construction technology, namely, the vertical outer wall applies hydraulic climbing formwork and the vertical inner wall and horizontal structure applies aluminum alloy formwork for integral synchronous construction. The application results show that the concrete using aluminum alloy formwork has precise size, excellent appearance, and the construction schedule can meet hydraulic climbing formwork and steel structure construction. According to the engineering characteristics, the authors introduce the construction of outside climbing and inside supports and corresponding notes.
