摘要
大型混凝土粮食筒仓滑模施工中,因环境条件易使混凝土养护不充分,导致混凝土强度降低。为此对实际混凝土筒仓工程关键部位的混凝土强度和钢筋各种指标进行试验测试,发现混凝土强度比设计强度低,但钢筋指标均满足安全要求。以实际筒仓工程为依据,提出了以粮食筒仓仓壁底部为关键部位的结构承载力计算的方法。
In the slipform construction of large concrete grain silo, strength of concrete can' t reach the expectant numerical value because of non-sufficient cure condition under severe weather environment. Therefore, the actual various indexes of the pivotal concrete and rebar in actual silo were tested. It is shown that the concrete strength is lower than design strength, but steel indexes meet the safety requirements. Based on practical engineering, the paper introduces the method of bearing capacity for calculating bearing capacity of bottom silo wall.
