6～7岁肥胖儿童自然行走时的步态与足底压力分析

An Analysis on the Walking Gait and Plantar Pressure of the 6-7 Year-old Obesity Children During Natural Walking

运用实验法、数理统计等研究方法,通过二维测力平板（Foot scan 7.0 USB2 gait system）和高速摄像机（Fastec Imaging）对东北师范大学附属小学32名6~7岁小学生平地自然行走时的足底压力与步态特征进行测量与分析,探究肥胖儿童与体质量正常儿童自然行走时的相关参数指标的差异情况。结果表明,肥胖儿童步态周期、双支撑时间、步宽明显大于体质量正常儿童,而体质量正常儿童摆动时间、足放平时间、单步长和相对步长明显大于肥胖儿童。肥胖儿童与体质量正常儿童足底各区域峰值压强、冲量值从大到小的顺序存在差异,压力中心轨迹在X轴方向上摆动范围较大,在Y轴方向上摆动范围较小,左右足的步向角大于体质量正常儿童,而足跟着地角小于体质量正常儿童,应引起社会各界的关注与重视。

The study,utilizing such research methods as experiment and document data,adopted two-dimensional measuring plate（ foot scan 7 USB2 gait system） and high-speed camera（ fastec imaging） to measure and analyze the gait characteristic and plantar pressure of 32 obesity children aged 6 to 7 years old during their natural walking. The purpose is to reveal the difference of the relevant parameters between obesity children and normal children in the normal walking progress. The results demonstrated that the gait cycle,the double support phase and the step width of obesity children are all higher than those of normal weight children. However,obese children’s swinging time,the flat feet time,step length and the relative step are lower than those of normal children. There are differences in some parameters such as some regions of the plantar foot pressure and the impulse. The track of the center force of obese children increases in X axis and decreases in Y axis. Obese children’s progressive angle is significantly higher than the normal children,the angle of the single support is lower than normal children in normal walking process,these findings be paid attentions by all sectors of our society.
