摘要
研究基于国外学校辅导员自我效能感与职业倦怠的相关英文文献,梳理了学校辅导员职业倦怠与自我效能感关系的相关实证研究。结果表明,辅导员自我效能感与职业倦怠显著负相关,且辅导员自我效能感在一定范围内能够有效预测辅导员的职业倦怠。研究还显示,辅导员自我效能感与高负荷工作量显著相关,高效的辅导技能不仅可以提升辅导员的个人成就感,还可以减少辅导员去人格化。此外,研究发现那些获得社会支持的辅导员具有更积极的职业态度,对较少学生提供服务的辅导员倾向于较低的倦怠感和较高的自我效能感。可以从为辅导员提供广泛的社会支持,提升辅导员对工作的认知水平等方面提升其自我效能感,减少职业倦怠。
Based on an overseas school counselor's self-efficacy and relevant English literature about burn-out, the paper reviews the relevant empirical research on the relationship between school counselor's burnoutand self-efficacy. The results shows that there is significant negative correlation between counselor's self-effica-cy and burnout, and counselor's self-efficacy can predict burnout in a certain range. The study also shows thatcounselor's self-efficacy is significantly related to high workload and efficient coaching skills of counselor cannot only enhance personal accomplishment but also reduce the counselor's depersonalization. In addition, the re-searchers find that those counselors who get social support counselors have a more positive professional attitudeand those counselors providing less service for students tend to lower burnout and a higher sense of self-effica-cy. The paper draws the conclusion that only by providing a wide range of social support for counselors and uplift-ing their cognitive level can their sense of self-efficacy be enhanced and burnout be reduced.
