社会福利视角下职业教育公共产品供给路径探析——以残疾人职业教育为例

现阶段职业教育公共产品是以学历性的职业教育为主体,供给政策日趋完善,供给主体多元化发展。其存在的主要问题是政府主导模式下,供给力度的限制和区域发展的不平衡,社会和企业的参与度低。因此,需要对职业教育公共产品的供给进行整体规划,通过政策供给、资金支持和构建市场运行机制,更好地服务中国特色的社会福利事业。

At present the characteristics of vocational education includes that vocational education system remains the main body, that the supply policies are increasingly perfected and the receivers of supply are diversifying. The main problems are the government leading mode, the constraints on supply, the imbalance among regional development, and the lack of enterprises and society participation. The authority should carry out the overall plan for the supply of public vocational education through policy support, financial support and the construction of market operation mechanism in order to serve the social welfare with Chinese characteristics.
