基于后级调整的多路独立可控恒流输出LED反激式驱动电源

摘要 针对RGB混光LED照明系统需要多个驱动电源分别驱动且系统复杂、成本较高的问题,提出了一种基于后级调整的多路独立可控恒流输出LED反激式驱动电源,在副边各路加入了MOSFET,以控制各路分时段导通,实现了多路输出电流的独立可控,详细分析了所提驱动电源的系统结构和工作原理,并进行了系统拓展。研究结果表明,该驱动电源不仅实现了多路输出电流的独立控制,而且不受负载电压、变压器匝比的影响,与传统混光驱动方案相比,能有效简化系统、降低成本,具有较高的实用价值。 Aming at simplifying the complex and costly RGB LED lighting system which requires multiple LED drivers, an individually controllable multi-outputs LED driver based on secondary side post regulation (SSPR) was proposed. The proposed LED driver was based on multi-outputs flyback converter with additional secondary side MOSFETs. The time-sharing multiplexing control was applied to make each output current individually controllable. The system configuration, operation principle and system development were analyzed in detail. A prototype was designed to verify the theoretical analysis. The results indicate that the proposed LED driver can output multiple individually controllable currents and get no influence from the load voltage and the transformer turns ratio.
