他克莫司软膏联合乌龙散治疗白癜风的疗效及对血清IL-18和IFN-γ的影响 被引量：7

摘要 目的观察他克莫司软膏联合乌龙散治疗白癜风的疗效及对患者血清IL-18和IFN-γ的影响。方法将72例白癜风患者随机分为治疗组(36例)和对照组(36例),2组都外搽他克莫司软膏,治疗组再口服乌龙散,比较2组治疗前后血清IL-18和IFN-γ水平的变化及临床效果。结果治疗12周后,治疗组血清中IL-18和IFN-γ水平显著低于治疗前(P均<0.05),对照组治疗前后上述指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗组显效率、总有效率均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05),起效时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论他克莫司软膏可影响白癜风患者血清中IL-18和IFN-γ水平,联合用药的临床效果优于单用乌龙散。
