摘要
采用开炼法结合热处理的工艺方法制备不同丁腈橡胶含量的双基体摩擦材料试样。借助热分析仪、扫描电镜和湿式摩擦性能试验机研究丁腈橡胶含量对双基体摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能、磨损机制和热性能的影响。实验结果表明:当丁腈橡胶质量分数为25%时动、静摩擦因数均达到最大,对偶材料的磨损最小;当丁腈橡胶含量较低时,摩擦材料有明显的机械剥离,含量较高时黏着磨损与磨粒磨损特征明显;摩擦材料的最大分解温度随丁腈橡胶的含量增加而有所降低。
The rubber/resin matrix composite friction material samples with different nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) content were prepared by the mixing method in combination with heat treatment technique.The thermal behaviors of the samples were analyzed using a thermal analyzer, and the friction and wear properties and wear mechanism were studied using wet friction performance tester QM 1000-II B and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The experimental results show that,when the weight content of NBR reaches 25%, maximum dynamic and static friction coefficient are achieved and the wear rate of dual plate reaches the minimum.The friction material has obvious mechanical stripping at relatively low weight content of NBR, and shows obviously adhesive and abrasive wear characteristics at high weight content of NBR.The maximum decomposition temperature is decreased with the increasing of NBR weight content.
