摘要
超深井、稠油热采井等对密封的耐温性提高了较高的要求,而压裂井、注入井、分层井等对密封的耐压性提出了较高的要求;同时注水井的不动管柱等想法提出使密封的长期有效性面临严峻的考验。介绍几种新型的油气井井下密封型式的结构和性能特点,包括Freudenberg公司的一体化密封、胤舜公司的T形密封、特瑞堡密封系统的金属O形圈、Freudenberg公司的金属接触复合胶筒、超弹性记忆合金封隔器等。其中一体化密封、T-seal密封、金属O形圈等密封型式可以满足油气井井下高温、高压工况的小间隙密封;金属接触复合胶筒和超弹性记忆合金封隔器等为稠油热采高温、高H_2S等恶劣环境下的大间隙密封提供了解决方案。
The superdeep well and heavy oil well has higher requirement in temperature tolerance of the seals, and fracturing well,injecting well, layering well has higher requirement in pressure tolerance of the seals.While the long-term effectiveness for seals is faced severe challenges by the proposed ideas of unmovable pipe column of water injecting well.The structure and performance characteristics of several new styles of downhole of gas and oil reservoirs were introduced, which included unitized sealing of Freudenberg, T-sealing of IS sealing, metal O-ring of Trelleborg, metal to metal combined pack- er of Freudenberg, super elastical memory alloy packer and so on.Among which the styles of integral sealing,T-sealing and metal O-ring can satisfy the need of small sealing gap of the downhole of gas and oil reserviors under working condition of high temperature and high pressure.The metal to metal combined packer and super elastical memorial alloy packer provide a solution for large sealing gap in heavy oil well under very bad enviornment of high temperature and high H2S content.
