静电纺丝结合还原氮化法制备中空TiN纤维研究

摘要 通过静电纺丝技术制备出聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)模板纤维,以四氯化钛-乙醇混合液为前驱体溶液,采用模板浸渍工艺获得Ti O2纤维,在氨气气氛下1000℃氮化2 h得Ti N纤维。利用XRD和SEM研究分析浸渍液种类及浓度和浸渍时间对Ti N纤维的组成和形貌的影响。结果表明,采用二氯甲烷为溶剂时得到的Ti N纤维交联较轻;浸渍时间为1 min时,纤维连续且表面平滑;浸渍液中Ti4+浓度为0.25 mol/L时获得的Ti N纤维物相较纯,呈圆柱状且内部中空,连续性好。 Polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as template fibers was fabricated by electrospinning technique. The mixture of titanium tetrachlorideas-ethanol was used as precursor raw materials for the synthesis of TiO2 fibers via immersing method. TiN fibers were fabricated by nitridation of TiO2 fibers in ammonia atmosphere at 1000 ℃ for 2 h. The influence on the formation of TiN fibers of different processing parameters such as category and concentration of dipping liquid and dipping times was studied by XRD and SEM. The results show that the TiN fibers were slightly cross-link using dichloromethane as solvent. When the dipping time was 1 min, the TiN fibers with smooth surface were prepared. The hollow columnar TiN fibers of high pure phase with a good continuity were obtained as the Ti4+concentration of dipping fluid was 0.25 mol/L.
