CdS/石墨烯纳米复合材料的制备及其光催化性能 被引量:1

摘要 以界面自组装的方法,制备了Cd S/石墨烯纳米复合光催化材料。采用XRD、SEM、TEM、UV-Vis等对复合材料的结构、形貌及光催化性能进行了表征。结果表明,界面自组装法不仅合成过程简单,而且制备的纳米复合光催化材料具有较高的可见光催化活性,40 min对甲基橙的降解率可达94%。 CdS/Graphene nanocomposites with phptocatalytic activity were prepared by interfacial self-assembly successfully. The morphology, microstructure and photocatalytic activity of nanocomposites were characterized by XRD、SEM、TEM、UV-Vis. The results show that the synthesis procedure of interfacial reaction is simple, and the as-prepared nanocomposites have an excellent photocatalytic activity for the degradation of methyl orange with a maximum degradation rate of methyl orange more than 94% in 40 min under visible light.
